It was an incident which happened centuries before the Galactic War at the Legislature Building in Coronet City on the planet Corellia Corellia Planet . During a passionate debate about subsector zoning bypass regulations, an angry Councilor named Brecourl Brecourl Character Minor Characters (TOR) challenged Chairman Durand Durand Character Minor Characters (TOR) to a duel in front of the rest of the Council - a duel that Durand won. The incident was famously remembered as the only time someone had been killed on the floor of the Legislature Building.
